IMMUNE-BOOSTING HONEY LEMON DRINK RECIPE

Serves: 1 | Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp BeeBlend raw honey
• Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
• 250ml warm water (not boiling)
• 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
• Pinch of turmeric (optional)
• Pinch of cayenne (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil water and let cool 2 minutes (warm, not hot)
2. Pour warm water into mug
3. Add lemon juice and honey, stir until dissolved
4. Add ginger, turmeric, cayenne if using
5. Stir well and drink while warm
