Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 daysof delivery.

To initiate a return, please email support@beeblend.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used food items
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Products purchased through third-party retailers

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll replace it free of charge.
