SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping
- Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): Available for all UK addresses
- Express Delivery (1-2 business days): Available for select products and regions
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location:
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Packaging Our honey products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Glass jars are wrapped with protective materials to prevent breakage during transit. We use sustainable packaging materials wherever possible.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress with the carrier.
Delivery Issues
- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours
- Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any items arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund
- Incorrect Address: We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
