Homemade Himalayan Honey Granola
There's nothing quite like homemade granola fresh from the oven. Lightly toasted oats, crunchy nuts and wholesome seeds are coated in BeeBlend Himalayan Multi-Flora Honey to create a naturally sweet breakfast that's full of flavour and texture. Perfect served with Greek yoghurt, fresh berries or milk, this easy recipe is ideal for busy mornings and weekly meal prep. Ingredients
- 300g rolled oats
- 75g flaked almonds
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 40g sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- 3 tbsp BeeBlend Himalayan Multi-Flora Honey
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 75g dried cranberries (add after baking)
Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 160°C (fan 140°C) and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flaxseed, cinnamon and sea salt.
Step 3
In a small saucepan (or microwave), gently warm the BeeBlend Himalayan Multi-Flora Honey with the coconut oil and vanilla until combined.
Step 4
Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and stir thoroughly until everything is evenly coated.
Step 5
Spread the granola onto the prepared baking tray in an even layer.
Step 6
Bake for 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through to ensure even browning.
Step 7
Allow the granola to cool completely before stirring through the dried cranberries.
Step 8
Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

- Add chopped pecans, walnuts or hazelnuts.
- Stir through dark chocolate chips once cooled.
- Add coconut flakes before baking.
- Serve over smoothie bowls or Greek yoghurt.
