Asian Sesame Honey Salad Dressing Recipe

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 4–6

Ingredients

2 tbsp BeeBlend Sesame Honey

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp toasted sesame oil

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp freshly grated ginger

1 small garlic clove, finely grated

1 tsp sesame seeds

1–2 tsp warm water, if needed to loosen

Method

Add the BeeBlend Sesame Honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and olive oil to a small bowl or jar.

Add the grated ginger and garlic, then whisk well until the dressing is smooth and combined.

Stir through the sesame seeds. If you'd prefer a thinner dressing, add 1–2 teaspoons of warm water and mix again.

Taste and adjust to your preference with a little extra honey for sweetness or rice vinegar for more tang.

Drizzle over your favourite salad and serve immediately, or store in a sealed jar in the fridge until needed.
